Registration Fees:
If you register on or before April 24, 2009 the registration fee is $475.
If you register after April 24, 2009 the fee increases to $575.
This fee includes:
All General Sessions, Plenary Sessions and Breakout Sessions
Access to the Exhibit Hall
All Breaks and Meal Functions
Please note: your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for registration fees may be given if your cancellation request is received no later than May 1, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
A $100 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given after that date. Attendee substitutions may be made provided a written release from the original registrant accompanies the substitution. There are no exceptions.
